About us
A family business, built floor by floor.
NAD Wood Floors Inc. is a family-owned hardwood flooring company based in Milford, Massachusetts.
Who we are
Hardwood is what we do.
We're a family business focused on floors — above all, hardwood. Installation, sanding and finishing, stairs and handrails, plus vinyl plank and laminate: it's the work we know and the work we care about.
Wallace, who leads our team, has more than 10 years of experience with hardwood floors — installing, sanding, staining and finishing them.
Every job is in someone's home, so we treat it like ours: we show up when we say we will, explain what we're doing and leave you with floors you're proud of.

How we work
What you can count on.
Hardwood specialists
Hardwood is our trade, from the first board to the last coat of finish. We also install vinyl plank (LVP) and laminate when that's the right fit for your home.
Dustless sanding
Our sanders connect to professional vacuum systems that capture the dust as we work, and we bring all our own professional equipment.
Respect for your home
We protect your space, keep you informed at every step and treat your home the way we'd want ours treated.
Clear, free estimates
We look at your floors in person, explain your options and give you a clear price — with no pressure.
