Who we are
This website belongs to NAD Wood Floors Inc., a family-owned hardwood flooring business based in Milford, Massachusetts. If you have questions about this policy, call (508) 740-9459 or email nadwoodfloors@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you request a free estimate, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email (optional), town, the service you need, project details and any photos you choose to upload. We use it only to answer your request, prepare your estimate and contact you about your project.
How we store it
Estimate requests are stored with our website hosting and database provider. Photos are kept in private storage that visitors can't access. We keep this information only as long as we need it for your project and our business records.
Cookies and similar technology
We save your language choice in a small cookie so the site opens in your language next time, and we remember in your browser that you've already seen our opening animation. If we turn on Google Analytics, it uses cookies to count visits and see which pages and buttons are used, so we can improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.
Other services
Some links take you to other services, such as Google (reviews and maps), WhatsApp, Instagram or your phone's calling and texting apps. Those services have their own privacy policies.
We don't sell your information
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when needed to run this website and our business, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by calling (508) 740-9459 or emailing nadwoodfloors@gmail.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date above.
